The 2011 California PH Forum will be a one-day Patient Education Seminar in the format of our previous Saturday programs. Guest speakers will include Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension specialists on a variety of subjects pertaining to this disease. There will also be Support Groups and time to network during lunch, dinner and the various breaks.
As this will be a very full day the Hotel Sofitel is offering attendees a single/double room rate of $99 per night if you wish to come early or stay over.
